What we do

Evidence first. Then the work.

Teal 222 is a project-based consultancy: we measure where your organisation actually is, design the intervention the evidence calls for, and deliver it with senior practitioners — no bench of juniors, no boilerplate.

Diagnose

Audits & assessments

Inclusion, culture, and people-experience diagnostics that turn sentiment into data your board can act on — starting with the Teal Inclusion Quotient.

Deliver

Programmes & projects

Targeted interventions built from your results — leadership development, culture change, and the Rethinking Redundancy programme for organisations restructuring with their values intact.

Advise

Leadership & board advisory

Senior counsel for executives and boards navigating people decisions with consequences — delivered by Roianne and a trusted network of associates and affiliates.

The assessment suite

The Teal Inclusion Quotient — and what's next.

Proprietary instruments that put a number on what most organisations only have opinions about.

Roianne Nedd, founder of Teal 222

Founder

Two decades of speaking truth to power.

Roianne Nedd has led inclusion, culture, and organisational change at the most senior levels of global business — most recently as Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging at a major international consultancy. She is a Fellow of ACCA and CIPD, a World Economic Forum contributor, and the author of eleven books including The Trusted Black Girl.

Teal 222 is the consultancy she always intended to build: senior, selective, and accountable to evidence.

How we work

Project-based, senior-led, measured twice.

  1. DiagnoseAn assessment establishes the baseline — where you are, in numbers, before anyone proposes anything.
  2. DesignA scoped, fixed intervention built from your results — with the associates and affiliates your project actually needs.
  3. DeliverSenior practitioners in the room, not slideware from a distance.
  4. Re-measureThe same instrument, run again — so the impact is a number, not a feeling.
